Proving that his thinking is closer to medieval lunacy than anything associated with the restrained "sanity" of the modern world, Donald Trump's border proposals included creating a border "moat" filled with alligators and snakes. If that didn't work, he also threw out the idea of allowing border patrol agents to shoot migrants in the legs, to slow them down.
