Whenever you here someone claim, "I'm just saying ..." followed by outlandish claims and statements, you know they're not "just saying." Instead, they want you to believe. The goal is to muddy the waters. Well, it looks like the Fox News is becoming Clown News Central for the "I'm just saying ..." crowd. Check out what's been popping up on their programming here.
