Is "I'm not remembering ..." the new standard for taking the 5th? Either way, it's obvious to anyone who got past 10th grade that Brett Kavanaugh understands Sen. Kamala Harris' question very well, but he doesn't want to answer it.
When Sen. Harris says, "Be sure about your answer, sir ..." it's clear that Kavanaugh knows who she's talking about, and he doesn't want to go there.
One more thing. Senator Kamala Harris is definitely smarter than Judge Kavanaugh, and he knows it too.
